Wha?!!?, Take ... I don't even know anymore
Either people are really crazy or they really love to mess with surveyors:
A recent Scripps Howard/Ohio University poll of 1,010 Americans found that 36 percent suspect the U.S. government promoted the attacks or intentionally sat on its hands. Sixteen percent believe explosives brought down the towers. Twelve percent believe a cruise missile hit the Pentagon.

Let's make 3 (probably unrealistic) assumptions:
1) These beliefs have not changed since 2002.
2) These surveyed Americans are representative of voting Americans.
3) If one believes that the gvt was involved in a terrorist attack on the US, one would not vote for re-electing the sitting president at that time.
Since GWB got 50.7% of the vote, that means that 49.3% of people voted for someone else. So... 73% (35%/49.3%) of non-Bush voters believe the gvt attacked the WTC. No wonder Bush supporters paint the anti-Bush crowd as crazy and un-American
