EU ETS
You're focused on your proposals for Monday so you don't have to do much prep for Monday. We'll hold the substantial readings for Wednesday. If you have time though, read through the Wikipedia description of the European Union Emission Trading Scheme. It will be useful reference for Wednesday and after as well.
